History
Founded in 1990, more than 25 years ago, INEC has since than accumulated a lot of experience in the global naval engineering market. With presence all over the globe we are familiar with the markets in Europ, Asia, Africa and the Americas. We are an independently operating company, operating as Naval Architectural an Consulting Bureau under the laws of The Netherlands.
Over the years we have realised more then 1500 different projects such as design, engineering, production, building, expertise, consulting etc. All our activities are managed from our head office in The Netherlands but with representation on all continents of the world, our service is always close by.
Focus
The main scope of works of INEC is designing of sea-going and inland ships and vessels of all types. I.e. chemical tankers, LPG tankers, container vessels, dredgers, passenger vessels, off shore and special vessels. Besides the designing activities – for new as well as conversion of ships – assistance is rendered to clients during all stages of building or conversion period of their vessels.
Since 1999 we have made expansion in owner’s survey, brokering and building activities, especially in China, Far East and East Europe. Since 1992 INEC surveyors have – in close cooperation with our design department – build and/or surveyed many vessels. All our activities are laid out in the world map on this page.

The INEC Team
INEC its core team consists out of Nesha Mihailovic who is the owner and director of the company, Tjeerd Arts who is head desinger and project manager, Giovanni Rollin who is INEC’s FEM calculation specialist, Igor Mihailovic is our business developer and manages the procurment for INEC and Sale Kaludjerovic is the 3D model specialist at the company.
